We worked in partnership with Assemble Projects on the marketing and sales strategy for 122 Roseneath St and delivered a best-in-class suite of property marketing. Our efforts went on to win the 2016 Premiers Design award for service design.
In 2016 we launched and sold 49 apartments and 18 townhouses at 122 Roseneath Street, Clifton Hill.
SURVEYING THE MARKET
We devised a Small Footprint Living Survey via Assemble Papers, to help us understand what makes great medium and high density apartment living. The survey attracted nationwide coverage and resulted in over 1600 submissions.
CONSULTING OUR PEOPLE
We invited people to design presentations where we shared ideas and got feedback. We learned about what purchasers wanted to prioritise and how much emphasis they placed on community and belonging.
A UNIQUE SALES STRATEGY
We were able to sell 80% of the development with less money spent on real estate agency commission fees. This was a credit to our personal approach leading up to sales day, and the fact we listened to purchasers needs and responded accordingly.
After connecting with the local community and like-minded individuals who shared our vision, we were able to clearly understand who our audience was and what was important to them. We embarked on a unique sales strategy of market research, design presentations, feedback surveys, iteration and consultative designing.
