Bringing mindfulness to property marketing.
Amongst the noise of generic property marketing, we chose to focus on Habitat Abbotsford’s ethos of sustainability, good living and community. By taking inspiration from the open spaces and culture surrounding the development, we created a full suite of online and offline marketing collateral.
We reinforced creativity and sustainability in the marketing of a boutique property development.
We collaborated with local artist Antra Švarcs to showcase the Guide to Good Living, a property brochure which showcased the lifestyle that consumers were afforded at Habitat Abbotsford. They were invited to be open, breathe deeply, eat local, make friends, feel refreshed, travel often and think smart by utilising the elements and design at Habitat Abbotsford.
A major element of communicating the benefits of Habitat Abbotsford was to highlight its broad sweep of sustainable offerings including solar panels, bike facilities and open natural spaces.
